§ 35.096  OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT.
   Since village service is the primary responsibility of each employee, outside employment is discouraged.  However, an employee may accept occasional or part-time jobs if:
   (A)   There is no conflict with village working hours.
   (B)   The employee's efficiency is maintained.
   (C)   There is no conflict of interest.
