A Cable Access Committee is hereby created in accordance with Charter, § 5.5 and pursuant to authority conferred in City Charter § 6.15(A). The purpose of the Committee is implementation of Article V of this chapter, which governs the governmental, educational, noncommercial, public access channel. The Cable Access Committee shall set policy for the regulation and administration of facilities, equipment and cablecasting materials. The Committee shall also promote the public access channel within the city.
