§ 2-2 BONDS.

   (A)   Surety bonds, conditioned as required by Charter, § 3.7, shall be filed by the following officers of the city in not less than the amounts indicated:

      (1)   Treasurer: $50,000;

      (2)   Manager: $25,000;

      (3)   Deputy Treasurer: $25,000;

      (4)   Clerk: $10,000;

      (5)   Deputy Clerk: $10,000.

   (B)   All other officers of the city and employees, except the Mayor and Council members, shall each file a blanket bond in the amount of $2,500.
