The terms of this chapter shall in no manner alter the interpretation or requirements of any other chapter of the city code with the exception that, in any conflict between this chapter and Chapter 151 of this code of ordinances, this chapter shall prevail. Persons regulated under this chapter shall comply with all applicable provisions of the city zoning and sign codes. The City Clerk may require evidence of compliance with such codes prior to issuing a license.
