§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Violations of § 94.09 of this chapter are deemed a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine not to exceed $500, together with costs of prosecution or imprisonment in the county jail or such other places of detention as the court may prescribe for a period not to exceed 90 days or said fine, cost of prosecution and imprisonment at the discretion of the court.
      (2)   Pursuant to § 17 of Public Act 303 of 1967, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ 324.80101 to 324.80199, the County Sheriff or his or her authorized Deputies shall enforce § 94.09 of this chapter, in accordance with the provisions of said Act.
