(A) Definitions. All phrases used in this section shall be construed and have the same meaning as those words and phrases as defined in Public Act 303 of 1967, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ 324.80101 to 324.80199.
(B) Exceeding no-wake speed prohibited. From and after the date of this section, on the waters of Round Lake, located entirely within the city limits, from the railroad right-of-way on the easternmost end of the Pine River, to the westernmost end of the Lake Michigan pierhead, it is unlawful to exceed a slow no-wake speed.
