§ 94.29 MOTOR VEHICLES AND MOTORIZED VEHICLES.
   (A)   All motor vehicles are prohibited from all park areas, excepting the parking lot of said parks.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motorized vehicle on any city-owned property, except on roadways and driveways located on said properties.
