No person shall commit, create or maintain any nuisance. No person shall knowingly permit the existence of a nuisance on the property owned or possessed by such person. It shall be unlawful for any owner or agent thereof to keep or maintain any building or part thereof which is a dangerous building, as defined in § 91.03(F) of this chapter.
