§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   A violation of § 91.26(I) or (J) of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor. A violation of any other provision of §§ 91.01 through 91.11, 91.25 through 91.27 and 91.40 through 91.47 of this chapter, including failing or refusing to comply with an order approved or modified by the city under §§ 91.01 through 91.11 of this chapter, shall be a municipal civil infraction subject to a civil fine of not more than $500, plus costs, which may include all direct or indirect expenses to which the city has spent in connection with the violation. Each day a violation of §§ 91.01 through 91.11, 91.25 through 91.27 and 91.40 through 91.47 of this chapter continues to exist constitutes a separate violation.

   (C)   A violation of § 91.64(C) of this chapter shall be a municipal civil infraction.
