§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   If any person, firm or corporation shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 150.01 through 150.18 of this code, or shall do any act prohibited herein, or shall fail to perform any duty lawfully enjoined, within the time prescribed by the Building Commissioner, or shall fail, neglect or refuse to obey any lawful order given by the Building Commissioner in connection with the provisions of §§ 150.01 through 150.18 of this code for each such violation, failure or refusal, such person, firm or corporation shall be fined in any sum not less than $100, nor more than $1,000. Each day of such lawful activity as is prohibited by the first sentence of this section shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person that interferes with a Code Official or law enforcement officer executing a warrant issued in accordance with §§ 150.30 through 150.32 of this code, or any person who refuses to comply with the execution of a warrant issued in accordance with §§ 150.30 through 150.32 of this code is in violation. Any person that violates §§ 150.30 through 150.32 of this code shall be fined a minimum of $500 and up to $1,500. This penalty is intended to be in addition to, and not instead of, any penalties for contempt of court that may be imposed by a judge or magistrate that issues a warrant hereunder.
