§ 150.30 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CITY. The City of Charlestown, Indiana.
   CODE OFFICIAL. The City Building Commissioner, the Building Commissioner’s deputies, other code enforcement inspectors and other representatives of the city authorized to perform inspections of real property in the city.
   COURT. Any court of record in the county, including but not limited to one of the County Circuit Courts.
   LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. As defined by I.C. 35-31.5-2-185.
   PERSON. An individual, firm, partnership, association, corporation, legal representative, trustee, receiver or any other group or legal entity capable of owning real estate.
   WARRANT or INSPECTION WARRANT. An order issued by the judge of a court, which authorizes a Code Official or law enforcement officer to perform an inspection for the purpose of determining if conditions in a particular location or structure located in the city violate property maintenance standards established by the Common Council of the city, or to determine if conditions make any property or structure unsafe, uninhabitable, or likely to endanger the health, safety and welfare of the property or structure’s occupants, or endanger any other person found in the city.
