§ 91.02 OFFENSES.
   (A)   No person shall allow any premises within the city to become or remain a public nuisance.
   (B)   A person who is the owner or occupant of premises where nuisance behavior habitually occurs is deemed to have engaged in maintaining a public nuisance, which is punishable by fines and/or other remedies set out herein.
