That certain document, three (3) copies of which have been and now are filed in the office of the city clerk, being marked and designated the international property maintenance code, 2009, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., is hereby adopted as the property maintenance code of the city, for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided, and each and all of the provisions of the international property maintenance code, 2009, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter, with the modifications and attachments set out in section 9-7-2 of this chapter.
