A. The owner or operator of any vehicle which is parked in nonreserved spaces in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of fifteen dollars ($15.00) if paid within forty eight (48) hours after said violation has been written, or in the event that said violation is not paid within forty eight (48) hours of said violation notification, said fine shall be in the amount of twenty dollars ($20.00).
B. The owner or operator of any vehicle which is parked in reserved spaces not leased to that owner or operator in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of thirty dollars ($30.00) if paid within forty eight (48) hours after said violation has been written, or in the event that said violation is not paid within forty eight (48) hours of said violation notification, said fine shall be in the amount of forty dollars ($40.00).
C. If the violation ticket is not paid within ten (10) days of receipt of same, the fine per violation shall be as prescribed in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 09-O-64, 12-15-2009)
