1-4-1: PENALTY:
Any person convicted of a violation of any section of this code shall be fined in a sum not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) 1 . (Ord. 67-O-7, 4-18-1967; amd. Ord. 95-O-44A, 9-19-1995)
