6-3-2: GENERAL PARKING RESTRICTIONS:
   A.   Vehicles For Sale; Sale Of Merchandise From Vehicles: It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle upon any street for the purpose of displaying it for sale, or to park any vehicle upon any business street from which vehicle merchandise is peddled.
   B.   Street Cleaning: It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on any public street or portion thereof in the city at any time when such street is being cleaned. Signs indicating that a street or portion thereof is being cleaned shall be posted immediately before the cleaning of the street and shall be removed after the cleaning of the street is finished.    C.   Snow Emergency 1 :
      1.   Parking Unlawful: It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on any public street within the city at any time during which the mayor, or in his absence, the chief of police, declares that a snow emergency exists. Such a snow emergency shall be deemed to exist in the event that streets become especially dangerous or impassible due to heavy snowfall accumulations and/or icy conditions.
      2.   Violations: The owner or operator of any vehicle parked in violation of this subsection may be issued a nonmoving violation ticket and, in addition thereto or in lieu thereof, any vehicle wrongfully parked may be towed at the owner's/operator's expense. (Ord. 78-O-46, 10-17-1978)
