6-2-7: SNOW REMOVAL ROUTES:

It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on the following designated streets during any period of snowfall accumulation in excess of two inches (2") and thereafter for a period of twelve (12) hours or for a period of less than twelve (12) hours if the commissioner of streets and public improvements, or in his absence, the chief of police, determines that snow removal efforts on said streets have been completed:
