521.06 MOVING SNOW ONTO THE PUBLIC STREET PROHIBITED.

(a) No person shall cause any snow to be moved, from any drive, parking area or sidewalk, onto or to be placed upon any portion of the traveled surface of any public street within the Municipality without authority to do so.

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor.
