375.05 OPERATION ON STREETS OR SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.

No person shall operate a snowmobile or all purpose vehicle anywhere between the right-of-way lines of a public street, highway or alley, including the berm, shoulder or tree lawn adjacent to the improved portion thereof. No person shall operate a snowmobile or all purpose vehicle on any sidewalk within the City.
