375.03 EQUIPMENT.

No person shall operate a snowmobile or all purpose vehicle within the City without first having met the equipment requirements of R.C. § 4519.20, or as amended, and the requirements of any rules or regulations adopted by the Director of Highway Safety by authority of such section.
