338.03 EXHAUST SYSTEM; REVVING; TIRE SQUEALING; OR DISRUPTIVE OPERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE.
   (a)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle which causes excessive noise levels, as a result of a defective or modified exhaust system, or as a result of an unnecessary rapid acceleration, de- acceleration, revving or tire squealing.
   (b)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle in any manner (e.g. swerving, excessive horn honking, etc.) that is so disruptive that it has the potential to cause other motorists or persons traveling on City streets or sidewalks to be so distracted that they cannot travel on said streets or sidewalks safely.
   (c)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle on a City street near a residential home in any manner that it creates a noise level that is so loud that it is disruptive to the quiet enjoyment of the private residential property.
