The applicant is encouraged to meet with the Community Development Administrator prior to submitting an application for a Conditional Use Certificate to discuss the requirements of the conditional use regulations and the submittal procedure for issuance of a conditional use certificate. The matters discussed by the Community Development Administrator and applicant are to provide guidance to the applicant and facilitate the submittal process.
