331.41 SHORTCUTTING AT INTERSECTIONS.

No person, being the operator of a motor vehicle, shall enter upon private property for the purpose of driving across such property between the abutting streets thereof. Driving on such property without stopping for the purpose of the business thereon shall be prima-facie evidence of a violation of this section.
