947.08 DUMPING ON PUBLIC PLACES OR VACANT LOTS PROHIBITED.

No person shall throw or deposit or cause to be thrown or deposited, any refuse or garbage on any vacant lot, public thoroughfare or street or any public place and the person responsible therefor shall be guilty of violating this Chapter.
