(a) The pickup of additional items and large items is by private agreement between the Refuse Contractor and the individual Subscriber. Charges for additional service shall be billed by the Refuse Contractor directly to the subscriber. Additional items and large items (furniture, appliances, bicycles, and the like) shall be placed at the usual collection location at the curb or alley for pickup on the day of collection.
(b) The Subscriber must notify the Refuse Contractor of appliances containing Freon prior to being placed at the point of collection by the resident.
