923.41 CREATION.

(a) Creates and establishes a special service area within the Railroad Trunk Sanitary Sewer District to be known as the "Industrial Parkway Service Area."

(b) Amends Chapter 923 of the Codified Ordinances to include the Industrial Parkway Service Area.
