923.48 USE OF FEES.

Tap-in fees collected from the owners of parcels in the Industrial Parkway Service Area shall be deposited in the WPCLF Debt Service Fund and used exclusively to pay the debt service costs for the Railroad Trunk Sanitary Sewer Project.
