A "tap-in fee" is imposed upon lots or parcels within the Industrial Parkway Service Area identified in Ordinance 3085, an Ordinance Amending Section 923.42 of the Codified Ordinances creating the Industrial Parkway Service Area of the Railroad Trunk Sanitary Sewer District, requiring property owners to connect to the sanitary sewer, and declaring an emergency. The Industrial Parkway Service Area includes lots or parcels which may hereafter be consolidated with or split from parcels in the Industrial Parkway Service Area as a Major Subdivision, Minor Subdivision, Lot Split or Planned Residential District. The tap-in fee shall be paid when applying for the applicable zoning permit, prior to the start of construction.
