(a) The amount of the fee per parcel is identified in the table below and is effective through February 2020. Thereafter, the amount of the fees are subject to an annual increase, based on the interest rate charged to the City of Chardon for the repayment of the Railroad Trunk Sewer Project Loan.

(b) The owner of the parcel identified as PPN: 10-089920 shall pay $50,000 when applying for the zoning permit.
