(a) A fee shall be levied for each user connection within the Industrial Parkway Service Area.
(b) "User connection," a single family residence or single commercial or industrial tenant building for which a fee is levied, is a direct connection to the sanitary sewer, and the connection of a dwelling unit in a duplex or multiple family dwelling and each tenant space in a multiple tenant industrial or commercial building is an indirect connection.
