(a) Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter, or the provisions of any regulation contained in this Code for which no other penalty is provided, or fails to comply with any order issued pursuant to said regulations shall be charged with, and subject to the penalties for, the following:
(1) First offense: Minor misdemeanor.
(2) Second offense: Fourth degree misdemeanor.
(3) All offenses thereafter: First degree misdemeanor.
(b) Each day upon which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
(c) The City may revoke the Small Cell Use Permit of any Facilities Operator who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with any provisions of this Chapter or the Design Guidelines set forth in Chapter 913 of the Codified Ordinances.
(d) Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed as limiting any judicial remedies that the City may have, at law or in equity, for enforcement of this Chapter.
