(a) (EDITOR’S NOTE: Former subsection (a) was repealed by Ordinance 3052.)
(b) Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on Monday through Friday, no person shall operate a motor vehicle to turn left from North Hambden Street to Huntington Street.
(c) The Chief of Police is hereby directed to amend the traffic map in conformance herewith.
(d) The Street Department is hereby authorized, at the direction of the City Manager, to place appropriate signs at said intersections to carry out the intent and purpose of this section.
(e) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $150 and costs of the Chardon Municipal Court.
