(a) There is hereby created a Sidewalk Improvement Fund to be used for the purposes authorized by Section 727.01 of the Ohio Revised Code, Resolution No. 21-18, and subsequent sidewalk assessment resolutions adopted by City Council.
(b) The assessment procedure and amount of funds deposited into the Sidewalk Improvement Fund will be based on Section 727.01 of the Ohio Revised Code, Resolution No. 21-18, and subsequent sidewalk assessment resolutions adopted by City Council.
