305.11 ONE-WAY STREETS DESIGNATED.

(a) Main Street, between Center Street and Water Street shall be one-way and vehicular traffic shall be limited to travel in a southerly direction at all times.

(b) East Park Street, between North Hambden Street and South Hambden Street shall be one- way and vehicular traffic shall be limited to travel in a northerly direction at all times.

(c) North Hambden Street, between North Street and East Park Street shall be one-way and vehicular traffic shall be limited to travel in a westerly direction at all times.

(d) South Hambden Street, between South Street and East Park Street shall be-one-way and vehicular traffic shall be limited to travel in an easterly direction at all times.
