745.09 SEVERABILITY.

In the event any provision of this chapter shall be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unconstitutional, such court decision shall not affect the validity of this chapter as a whole or any part thereof other than the section(s) so declared to be invalid or unconstitutional.
