123.22 SIDEWALK FUND.

(a) There is hereby created a Sidewalk Fund to be used for the purposes authorized by Ohio Revised Code Section 727.01 and Resolution No. 49-14, 23-15, 9-16 and 14-17.

(b) The assessment procedure and amount of funds deposited into the Sidewalk Fund will be based on Ohio R.C. 727.01, Resolution No. 49-14, and subsequent resolutions adopted by City Council. (Ord. 2845. Passed 10-9-14.)
