"Parking control officer" is identified as any person appointed by the City of Chardon, Ohio to report violations of traffic regulations within the City, issue notices of violations and attach notices on any vehicle parked in violation of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Chardon and whose written job description includes service as a parking control officer.
