In addition to the fees set forth in this Chapter 923, the applicant for sanitary sewer service is required to pay the system development charge (SDC) imposed by Chapter 1157 C.O., a proportionate share of the cost for expansion of the waste water treatment plant which is a permanent improvement necessary to conduct and manage the waterworks of the Municipality. (See §743.04 O.R.C.) The amount, if any, which is not paid when the zoning permit is issued shall be billed and collected pursuant to Section 923.11 and shall be a sanitary sewer charge pursuant to this Chapter 923 and Section 923.901.
