301.03 ALLEY.

(a) A street or highway intended to provide access to the rear or side of lots or buildings in urban districts and not intended for the purpose of through vehicular traffic, or

(b) A street or highway which is 16 feet wide or less at any point of its length. (See R.C. §4511.01(XX). (Ord. 2780. Passed 5-9-13.)
