An owner and/or occupant who is served a notice of violation of this code may within ten (10) days of receipt thereof appeal the findings of the Community Development Administrator. A notice of appeal form provided for such purpose shall be filed with the Planning and Zoning Department. The appeal shall be scheduled for a hearing before the Planning Commission. Chapters 1119 and 1125 shall apply to fees, notice requirements, and appeal and hearing procedures.
