1319.13 CONFLICT.

In the event of conflict between provisions of this chapter, including rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter, and provisions of the ordinances of the Municipality, including rules and regulations adopted pursuant to such ordinances, the more restrictive provisions shall apply.
