743.06 COMPUTERIZED SWEEPSTAKES DEVICE SUPPLIER LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall sell, rent or otherwise provide a computerized sweepstakes device in the City without first obtaining a computerized sweepstakes supplier license as provided in this chapter. (Ord. 2651. Passed 4-14-11.)
