(a) The planning, design and execution of any earth moving activities shall be in accordance with the requirements of this regulation and other applicable requirements and standards of the Municipality.
(b) Storm water management practices shall be in accordance with the requirements of this regulation, Chapter 929 (Storm Sewer Regulations) and other applicable requirements and standards of the Municipality.
(c) The improvements herein regulated shall further conform to the requirements set forth in Chapter 1151 (General Requirements for Improvements).
