1151.53 GRADING AND DRAINAGE.

When any earth moving activities and/or storm water management improvements are proposed or required or necessitated by Municipal regulations said work shall conform to the requirements of Chapter 1153 (Grading and Surface Water Drainage Regulations) of the Land Development Regulations.
