Any development project within an area designated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in its Flood Insurance Rate Map (or Flood Hazard Boundary Map), #390191C dated January 4, 1985 and any revision thereto (or other such map as may apply to the location of the development project), as a flood plain, flood zone, or other area of flood hazard, shall be planned and designed with consideration to Chapter 1323 (Flood Damage Reduction) of the Municipal Building Code. The construction of any structures and/or improvements in said project shall be in accordance with the requirements of said chapter.
