The planning and design of all development projects shall be in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Code, Comprehensive Plan, Streets Utilities and Public Service Code, Building Code, Fire Prevention Code, accepted engineering practices and standards, accepted land planning practices and standards and such other regulations, municipal master plans, requirements, specifications and standards of the Municipality, or other regulatory authority, as may be applicable.
