The following standards apply to a PRD project in addition to the lot design requirements in Chapter 1150 (Land Planning Requirements).
(a) Unique lot layout and individual building design are encouraged to use the natural features of the land to the best advantage.
(b) Individual lots, buildings, dwelling units, and parking areas shall be arranged and situated to avoid the adverse effects of shadows, noise, and traffic upon the residents of the property.
(c) Individual lots, buildings, and dwelling units shall be arranged and situated to promote favorable views from buildings and reduce the visibility of areas of motor vehicle access, ingress and egress.
