1137.27 ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW.

The City Architect shall review architectural designs for all buildings and structures within a Planned Residential District and make recommendations to Council. The purpose of architectural review is to promote architectural design which is appropriate for the development and compatible with the surrounding neighborhood.
