147.03 DUTIES.

The City Engineer, who shall act as Engineer for the Chardon City Planning Commission as well as Council, shall preform all engineering tasks and requirements as requested by the City Planning Commission, City Council, City Manager, City Zoning and Planning Director, City Service Director, and City Law Director.
