141.13 INTERPRETATION.

In the event any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this chapter is in conflict with the Ohio Revised Code, the language contained herein shall prevail. In the event this chapter is silent on any matter addressed in the Ohio Revised Code, then the statute shall govern.
